Where to start?

"Measure twice, cut once". It's a trait of humanity to foil yourself acting without thinking. I hope to share some deliberate thoughts, and if I'm lucky, occasionally influence the way you act.

I work in the Bay Area as a Software Engineer, in the past I've been a founding engineer, I've scaled engineering teams as the first senior engineering hire growing the organization to 150+ engineers (during the ZIRP days). I'm customer & business outcome oriented and am always on the lookout for great teams to deliver and create value with.
